A bit more about us

Established in 2007 as a Social Enterprise, Onus offers specialist training and consultancy services on domestic violence and abuse.

Onus developed the Workplace Charter on Domestic Violence to enable organisations and communities to be recognised for their support to anyone affected by domestic violence or abuse. Our range of supported Pathways empower communities to recognise and respond to anyone affected by domestic or sexual violence or abuse.

We believe that in order to create a society that has zero-tolerance towards domestic violence or abuse, prevention and early intervention work is crucial.

We believe the onus is on all of us and through our various Pathways for Participation everyone can play their part.
